On an unusually warm Monday in October, I decided to create a website for my writing.

Washington in the fall is typically cold, wet and gray. Kind of like the picture above that I took on a hike on this same day last year.
“I only have two creative bones in my body; one for writing and one for photography. All of the photos and writing on this page are mine. Please don't ever ask me to draw or paint or sculpt or do anything crafty, it will not be pretty.”
My Own Website?
In truth, I've thought about doing this for a while. I am approaching the two year anniversary of the release of my first self-published novel, In Her Eyes. Other than sharing it on my personal social media pages, I have done nothing to promote any of my writing or given it a place to live. So, here we are. I guess we can call this the start.
I haven't always wanted to be a writer, but as I've made my way through life I've realized that I only have two creative bones in my body; one for writing and one for photography. All of the photos and writing on this page are mine. Please don't ever ask me to draw or paint or sculpt or do anything crafty, it will not be pretty. That's a promise. I'm not saying my photos and words are especially great either, I'm not for everyone, but I enjoy doing it and feel they are worth sharing. Even if it's only my family and friends reading this right now!
My vision is that I'll use the website to share work I haven't published, updates on the progress of books I have in the works, and my insight on some of the characters I've created. If any of that sounds remotely interesting to you... Why!?!... I mean, stay tuned! And also, thank you for being here and for your support. <3
